Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or pets, you'll find our home well-kept, well-stocked, and wonderfully furnished.

For beach lovers, we provide all the necessary equipment including chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and towels. Our kitchen is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with essentials, making meal preparation a breeze. Despite its cozy size, the space feels open and never cramped, offering a comfortable living area with a powerful, refreshing fan—perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach.

Guests have raved about the convenience of our location. The house is a short walk to the beach, pickleball and tennis courts, and a playground. Flagler Ave and other popular restaurants like Norwood’s and The Garlic are easily accessible by bike or a short drive. HOUSE RULES
- Dogs are welcome - there is a $50-$75 pet fee depending on the size of the dog.  For any other pets please, contact the host first. 
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- Guests under 25 should contact Host prior to booking for approval
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Strict 10pm City Noise Ordinance. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Maximum Occupancy is 4 people and 2 vehicles.  If you have more people or vehicles please contact me first - don't show up with additional people
