VACATION RENTAL GUIDELINES
At CasagoNSB.com, we are committed to ensuring your vacation is nothing short of extraordinary. Let us guide you through the process and help you find the perfect vacation rental that suits your needs.
An initial deposit of 25% of the total is required on all reservations in order to confirm your stay. The balance of your reservation is due as follows:
Full payment on all reservations is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the reservation is booked within 30 days of arrival full payment is required at the time of booking.
A damage protection policy covering up to $1500 of unintended damages is required to book any property and has been included in your total.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund. We strongly recommend you Purchase Travel Insurance to protect up to 100% of your vacation investment for covered reasons such as illness (including contracting COVID), injury or death in the family or to someone in the traveling party, natural disasters (not COVID-related shutdowns), travel delays and much more.

Length of stay requirements are set by local authorities and individual owners. Some properties (Oceania Beach Club, for example) do offer 2-night stays if booked at the last minute. For example, it’s Monday and you decide to head to the beach for the weekend but only want Friday and Saturday night – that can happen based on availability. Check online, email, or call for any special requests.

We do not have specific units designated as “handicapped accessible.
Yes, all properties are designed to comfortably sleep up to a certain number of people (defined as all humans 2 years old and up). Individual property listings show the max number of occupants allowed. And you can search based on how many people too.
Note: occupancy rules are strictly enforced as they are often set by local authorities and none of us want to get on their bad side.
Each property is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Those with a fully equipped kitchen have a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and basic cooking utensils. If you enjoy coffee, plan to bring your favorite coffee and filters. If you have a specific need or question, give us a call at 386-423-8400 or email us.
All properties have at least an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
Some properties (Oceania Beach Club, for example) do provide additional services as part of your rental. Please see individual listings for details.
Casago Coastal Volusia does not offer refunds or reschedule trips due to hurricane activity. If you are concerned about possible interruption, cancellation, or delayed travel due to tropical occurrences, you are strongly encouraged to Purchase Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance can protect up to 100% of your vacation investment for covered reasons such as illness (including contracting COVID), injury or death in the family or to someone in the traveling party, natural disasters (not COVID-related shutdowns), travel delays and much more.
