The space
Get ready for an incredible beach getaway with your friends or family in New Smyrna Beach! The property boasts a fantastic feature that sets us apart: two conveniently located boat slips just 150 yards away from the house on a private dock. These boat slips are available for guests at a low rate of $50 per day, providing a great opportunity to explore the surrounding waterways and enjoy various aquatic activities. We kindly request guests to reserve the boat slips in advance. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing that your spot is secured and ready for your boating adventures. Both boat slips come equipped with electric and water hookups, making it effortless to prepare and maintain your vessel during your stay. Whether you're planning fishing trips, leisurely cruises, or water sports, our boat slips offer the convenience and amenities you need.
The highlights of the 2,785 sq ft home:
- The MAIN LEVEL SITTING AREA features a plush sofa and chair that faces a wall-mounted ROKU TV where you can unwind at the end of the day. The floor-to-ceiling doors that lead to the patio and pool allow lots of natural light to brighten up the space.
- The UPPER-LEVEL SITTING AREA also features a large comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted ROKU TV.
- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN, ready to fulfill your culinary aspirations with all the essentials needed to prepare a delicious meal at home. Of course, we didn’t forget a coffee maker to help you get your day started, and some local coffee for you to try!
- A lovely DINING TABLE next to the kitchen for a relaxing sit-down meal together.
- 4 BEDROOMS (all on the upper level with wall-mounted ROKU TVs & ample closet space), 6 BEDS, 3 FULL BATHROOMS & 1 HALF BATH to accommodate 9 guests as such:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed w/ ensuite bathroom & TV
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed w/ensuite Jack-n-Jill style bathroom (shared with B3)
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen
Bedroom 4: 1 King bed
- There are 2 LAUNDRY ROOMS, one upstairs and one next to the kitchen, both with a washer and a dryer for added convenience.
- There’s PARKING for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.
Guest access
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know; we’re available 7 days a week.
Other things to note
Please note that if you wish to use the boat slip(s), you must have your own insurance. This requirement helps protect both parties and ensures a safe and worry-free experience.
Guests will need to climb stairs.
There is a ring camera outside the front door and above the garage pointed at the street.
The pool can be heated for an extra fee. The initial charge is $250 and additionally $25 per day.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight and have prior approval.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Guests will be required to provide an official government-issued ID before check-in.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
