These boat slips are available for guests and provide a wonderful opportunity to explore the surrounding waterways and enjoy various aquatic activities. Both boat slips come equipped with electric and water hookups, making it effortless to prepare and maintain your vessel during your stay, whether you are planning fishing trips, leisurely cruises, or water activities. We kindly request guests to reserve the boat slips in advance. This ensures peace of mind knowing your spot is secured and ready for your boating adventures. *To ensure a safe and worry-free experience for all parties, guests must have their own insurance to use the boat slip(s).

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight and have prior approval.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
